08/09/2022 PLANNING/ZONING BOARD NOTICE

The Family Promise application will not be heard tonight and will be adjourned to the 8/23 meeting at Flemington Borough Hall, 38 Park Avenue, Flemington, NJ 08822 at 7:00 pm.  At the 8/23 meeting, the application will be further adjourned to the 9/13 meeting of the Board and the Board will announce the location of that meeting. The Board will continue to make all efforts to provide virtual access to its meetings; however, if technical difficulties arise prior to or during any meeting and such access cannot be provided, the Board will continue to hold such meeting in person.

NOTICE is hereby given that the Borough of Flemington Planning/Zoning Board, County of Hunterdon and State of New Jersey has relocated the regularly scheduled meeting for Tuesday, August 9, 2022.  This meeting will be held at the Stangl Factory located at 4 Stangl Road, Flemington, New Jersey, 08822 otherwise known as 12 Mine Street at 7:00 p.m. Flemington Planning Board will hold its meetings at 7:00 pm both in-person and online starting with the March 22, 2022 meeting. The public is welcome to attend either in person or online through the Zoom platform. Please note that the Board will do everything possible to ensure the proper operation of the Zoom platform at the Stangl Factory but does not guarantee the same and will proceed with the in-person meeting irrespective of whether the Zoom platform is experiencing technical or operational difficulties.

Other action may be taken.  Executive Session may be held.

Flemington Planning Board will hold its meetings at 7:00 pm both in-person and online starting with the March 22, 2022 meeting. The public is welcome to attend either in person or online through the Zoom platform.

In the event that there is a change in Covid rates and/or a State of Emergency or other Governmental Order issued, the Planning Board may elect to hold meetings via Zoom only and will post such election on the Borough website.
