Phil Greiner has lived in Flemington for 29 years. He has served on the Planning and Zoning Board since 2005. He was appointed to fill an unexpired term on the Borough Council in 2007. He was elected to Borough Council in 2010 and served there for four years until becoming the mayor in 2015. His council responsibilities included overseeing the land-use related functions of Planning Board, property maintenance, zoning, code enforcement, housing, and historic preservation. He was a member of several redevelopment committees since 2010. He served on the board of the Flemington Free Public Library and was a charter member of the steering committee to establish the Friends of the Library, where he is now a board member and treasurer. He also serves on the County Planning Board.
Phil has an engineering degree from the University of Delaware and two masters degrees from Stevens Institute of Technology. He grew up in Lancaster, PA. His corporate career was with AT&T for 35 years, which included living in St. Louis for three years and Houston for 10 years.
Married to his wife, Joan, for 42 years, he is the proud father of two daughters and has two grandchildren. One daughter and her family bought their first home and live right here in Flemington.

John Gorman has lived in the borough for five decades, and is serving his 11th term on Borough Council. Throughout his years on council he has been deeply involved with the Department of Public Works and he has detailed knowledge of the borough's water and sewage infrastructure.
As Public Works Commissioner he has overseen construction and improvements to Flemington's streets, added new wells, and secured state funding for these initiatives.

Brian has served on the Council since 2012 and is currently serving his second term after being re-elected in 2014. He served more than half of the that time in a council officer's position, having been selected by his peers to serve as Council Vice President once and Council President twice. He has fulfilled the council roles of Police Commissioner, Fire Commissioner and liaison to OEM, Rescue Squad, Schools, Property Maintenance, Fire Marshal and Code Enforcement during that term. He serves on the Borough's redevelopment committee, working on important projects such as the Union Hotel. He has authored and implemented several key pieces of public safety legislation such as the Good Neighbor Ordinance and the Taxi Regulation Ordinance.
Brian has a Bachelor’s of Science from DeVry University in Technical Business Management with a focus in software engineering. He also has a Certification from CHUBB institute in Software Development. He has worked for many startup software companies and for the last decade has been part of the management team building a successful software company based in Edison NJ.
Brian and his wife Milissa are raising their family of four small kids living in the heart of Flemington. Brian’s brother’s family and parents also live individually in Flemington on the same street.

Kim Tilly has been a Flemington resident since 2004. She has been a bookkeeper and service coordinator for her family’s HVAC company for 26 years. Kim and her husband, Les, have a 13-year-old son.
Previously, she was President of the RFIS PTO and Co-Vice President of the J.P. Case PTO. She is currently the Treasurer for the Flemington-Raritan Education Foundation. Kim has been active in fundraising with the Robert Hunter PTO and is a member and House Chairperson of the Flemington Woman’s Club.
