Several executive sessions are planned at upcoming Flemington Borough Council meetings.
An executive session will start at 6:15 p.m. for the meeting planned for Monday, Jan. 22, 2018. The topic will be a discussion of two pending tax appeals, Liberty Village and The Shoppes at Flemington, with Tax Assessor Ed Kerwin.
We anticipate another executive session at the end of the Jan. 22, 2018 meeting, for legal advice on a lawsuit filed by Mid-American Salt.
We anticipate an executive session preceding the Feb. 12 council meeting as well. That early executive session will start at 6:30 p.m., for the purpose of obtaining legal advice regarding the Open Public Meetings Act and the Open Public Records Act.
These meetings will all be held at the Historic Hunterdon Courthouse, 71 Main St., Flemington, NJ 08822.
